One of our recent projects was with Ballard Spahr LLP. According to the company’s website, on January 1, 2025, the firm combined with Lane Powell—a historic Pacific Northwest practice dating back to 1875—expanding their footprint to more than 750 lawyers and adding new offices in Seattle, Anchorage, and Portland.
With Seattle selected as a host city for the FIFA World Cup 2026, the firm decided to celebrate with a watch party for its Seattle-based clientele. They hired us to personalize woven scarves featuring the Seattle skyline and their company logo. It was the perfect blend of local pride, global excitement, and thoughtful branding.
Their marketing team reached out two months before the event, and that’s when the collaboration began. We helped them choose the scarf material best suited for embroidery. We conducted a site inspection on the 17th floor of the Russell Investments Center to determine where our embroidery stations would live. We submitted all the insurance documents required by the building. And of course, we handled our internal prep—digitizing, testing, planning, and training.

By the time event day arrived, everything was dialed in.

Guests mingled, enjoyed great food, and watched the matches while we personalized their scarves one by one. There’s something magical about watching people light up when they see their name stitched onto a keepsake they’ll treasure long after the event ends.

Another successful event for Embroiderrific’s books—and another reminder of why we love what we do.
